For brekkie we had Chausson pomme (Jules' recommendation) which is a delicious apple pastry (should try while there isf time?) and while I think my usual brekkie far more healthy I still think of them with fondness... so agree with what you said on previous post about Sanchez. Phil Ligget picked him as working the least to save for win at end about two thirds way through while it was still 5 man breakaway.
